        Looks good from a far but it’s a trap! I booked 9 nights here & when I first arrived in the evening I thought everything looked good. However, when I woke up the next morning I realized that the room wasn’t properly cleaned & there were weird stains on the blanket. I had asked to change my room already when I arrived because I had asked for a higher floor- it took several days before it happened. I then got relocated to the third floor. There on my first night I found a cockroach happily running around my bathroom which I told the reception about immediately. The lady was nice enough to come up & take care of it with her ruler(?). The next day when I returned from my trip I came back to 4 cockroaches dying in my bedroom. I didn’t believe the other bad reviews since there were also so many good ones. But honestly for that price the rooms look nice but they are dirty & obviously that place had a problem with cockroaches. For my last 2 nights I booked a different hotel (surprise: no cockroaches). They told me they would refund the last 2 nights but I never heard from them again. They always smile & say they will take care of everything but unfortunately they just don’t really do anything.

        I read a lot of negative comments about this after arriving at this apartment/hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how we were received. The apartment we had was clean, it smelled good, no bugs or mold. I read that many people complained about being far from the center, this is FALSE you are 5 minutes by tuktuk (or 20 minutes on foot) to be at Aonang beach or Aonang Night market. Let's talk about the staff, the girls are just extraordinary, always at our service, there to help us! The swimming pool is also very good, the water is always very clean/clear and there are a few deckchairs. People who slow down because it's not "high end" enough for the price so pay for a resort, a night will cost you 10 days in Puh Dala. In short, I put my heart into writing this review because they don't deserve so many bad reviews, I RECOMMEND and I will come back ❤️🇹🇭

        Me and my partner had just stayed here for the past 3 nights. The room is a great size and very clean. The best part of the stay in the outstanding staff that works there. From the easy check in/out to helping us book our motor bike and booking our island excursion. I could not recommend this place enough.

        I would not recommend this place to anyone. Let me explain: The star I am giving this place goes to the staff at front desk. They are humble, friendly and nice people. You can feel that they are desperately trying to help you. However, they can’t make any decisions because of the manager. The manager is micromanaging this place remotely. So imagine this. Every time you ask for a small thing they call the manager on the phone and she decides. Our first night we ended up on the streets because there was mold in the room and I am allergic to it. The manager declined to change our room and asked us to wait to next morning. We ended up on the streets looking for another hotel for that night. We asked for extra key card (the staff told us they have plenty of cards but the manager doesn’t allow more than 1). The manager declined to give us extra card and came up with the most hilarious lie. According to her they ran out of plastic cards and it’s so hard to get more cards in Krabi because it’s sold out everywhere. Several staff members told us they hate working here because of the manager and one even told us quitting this job in 2024… because of the manager. We asked for 30 minutes late check out on 1 January (the day after NYE) and the manager asked for 450 baht. I mean what is this level of service. The gym is awful. None of the equipment works as they should. They have never been serviced. Most rooms have mold or the sewage smells really bad. The air condition is loud like a helicopter (look at videoes). You can hear the neighbors. There is a small kitchen in the room, with plates, fork and spoon but no knives. How does this make any sense? No soap to wash your hands or wash the dishes. Nothing to clean or dry the kitchen with either. No hand soap either. NOTHING! You read correctly. There is only showergel and shampoo in the shower. No soap to wash your hands. This place is so bad. No logic. Location is good Front desk staff are nice people That’s the only nice thing I have to say.

        Me and 2 of my friends stayed there for 3 days. We booked 2Bhk. The room is very neat and clean and the service is exceptional. Great location very near to beach and so many restaurants nearby.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
