Not impressed. Stayed here for 3 nights. More like an average 3 star. Positives: Breakfast was decent (although very random). Very nice pool, which was clean. Restaurant staff very friendly and accommodating. Not so positive: We found a cockroach in our room. Thudding from speakers could be heard into the night. Reception hardly manned. Reception staff very unhelpful. She saw we had two babies asleep in our laps, but did not call the door men to help with bags moving them out of the front door. Glad we left to be honest. Something really missing in this eerie hotel.

I think it should be a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star one. Somebody knocked and ringed the bell of my room without saying anything at 7:30 AM. I did not answer. Later when i checked out, the staff told that it was a mistake knocking my room, but never apologize. I think it will be better if the staffs have some more professional training. Breakfast and room was under average. But hotel is in the center, so its convenient.

I was in Phu Quoc for one week around Duong Dong. I took 4 nights at this hotel and 3 nights at sea star (which I preferred a lot more). For less money per nights , there are some hotels less rated but with much better services and location(choose one with direct access to the beach). The room and the pool were clean tho. There is no atmosphere at this place and groups of 30 peoples taking swimming class lessons during mornings and afternoons at the pool which is kind of awkward if you want to chill by the pool 🏊‍♀️

It is 4 star hotel in the heart of main city of Phu quoc. Near to night market and main beach of city. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is decent. Indian Restaurent on walking distance.Staff tries their best to help you and make your stay memorable. Special thanks to TU who guided and helped us to make our travel a pleasure. Will recommend this hotel . It has a clean pool and Disco.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bed to the well-appointed bathroom. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
