6 stars!! The rooms are great, good value for money, it is the most central location in old town, food is great (omelets, Coffee, Ice cream, etc). One of the only places to have good chilled rose wine by the glass ;) But it’s the staff that make this place truly incredible. I stayed here on and off for months while recovering from an injury and every time I came back I was welcomed home like family. This place is very special.

I can tell only good things about this place! It was a good discover to find this place in a walking night, just in a corner of the town center, but in a quiet area. The coffee shop is so nice and they deliver tasty and healthy breakfast! The rooms are very good, with A/C, confortable bed, tv, and a large bathroom, with true hot water working shower! The great plus is the staff, the girls are so nice and kind, they make all needed to make you stay the best possible! I really felt like in a big family! The guesthouse that everyone would like to stay! Super recommended!

Lived there , a nice place in the centre of the town, excellent location, but I booked for 3 days , but first 2 days and 1 day I hve to go to Krabi and next day was my booking and asked me to stay another hotel, literally they booked a hotel outside town. And that was my last day in town. I felt bit uncomfortable

Wow what a fantastic place! Very kind owners, nothing is to much trouble. They looked after our Backpacks when we went to phi phi for a few days and after coming back with a injury they upgraded our room so I didn’t have to go up our down stairs at no additional cost. Very kind people! The rooms are great value for money…. Very spacious, clean and modern. With a fantastic location! Would highly recommend! 10/10

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this guest house. Great location, easy check-in/out, laundry service (80THB/KG), and friendly staff. The room is medium sized. It’s spacious in some areas but it’s a tight squeeze around the bed. The room was very clean. A/C & hot water worked perfectly. Our window was frosted so we didn’t have a view. No mini fridge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
