It's a good place to stay. I booked a room with breakfast package. They offered 4 set of breakfast menu. You have to choice from set 1-4. There's a 24 hr receptionist and you can have daily house keeping. The place is neat and clean.I love the basin part in the coffee counter😍easy to wash glasses and coffee mugs!I never seen yet in other affordable hotels😁so this makes me kettle & refrigerator is also available.

Let start with the positives. The location is relatively good, since you are nearby the restaurants in old town. A bit far from the main beaches (30-40 min). Breakfast is included, but is mainly processed food (a lot of sausages etc.). They always have only 2 types of fruit pineapple and watermelon. Next, the room was spacious and the bedding was always clean. Now the downsides. The women behind the reception did not speak English well, except the man who who was working after 7pm. I had to move rooms 3 times, because once of the many cockroaches I saw in my room and second because my aircon was broken. Manager did not offer any refund or any compensation whatsoever. Also when I requested my room to be cleaned, the cleaner did not lock my room afterwards. Leaving all my valuables open to anyone (there is also no safe in the room). Although the hotel is only 5 yrs old, you can tell they don't perform a lot of maintenance. My shower head was broken & both taps in the bathroom and kitchenette were loose. This place is ran down for a hotel that only exists 5 years. Also the filters inside the aircon needs a thorough clean (dust & mould). Lastly, when it was raining outside, water was leaking through all windows in my rooms. There is a lot of mould growing at the walls of my room. This should not be accepted, since this might have harmful health consequences. In sum, I don't recommend.

Location was a good 10-15 mins walk from Phuket Old Town. But by itself, it's in a good location served by convenence stores and street-side food stalls just 2 minutes walk away. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Toletries were provided sans toothbrushes. Plenty of electrical outlets, and there was a hair dryer, kitchen sink (no bowls or cutleries) But the shower head was irritaing, in that you can't get medium warm/cold water stream, it was either extreme hot or cold water. Make-up room was great, and they will even call you if you are still in the room past their morning work time to confirm if you still need your room cleaned. Sleep-wise was good because of little noise distraction from outside. There's a lift for every floor, and breakfast while on the greasy side, was decent fare. There was an indoor pool for adults and kids on the second floor which was a suprise but didn't try it. Covered parking was nice. Value for money I feel. Staff was helpful in all scenarios.

This is the first stay we have experienced in Phuket and Thailand. The team provided a wonderful experience. We had the morning buffet but it was not a buffet it was al carte and also there where only two options for Halal (Muslim) one was Egg and Fish Fries and other was Fried rice with Chicken or shrimp The rooms where pretty decent for the price and in 1km everything is accessible. They provide ok amenities and also two bottle of water per day. If Sunday please do visit the Sunday Market its good. Giving 4 stars due to food apart from that rooms are great.

Nice big room with kingside bed for reasonable price. Spotless cleaning. Everything works properly. Friendly staff. Good breakfast menu choices. Covered parking. Plenty of electrical outlets. Located near fun old town. I prefer a softer western bed, but here is a good quality standard TH bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
