Beautiful hotel. Rooms was spacious, clean and had access to the pools. Beach is across the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There are a lot of negative comments about this hotel but I could find any faults. I would definitely go back.

You get what you pay for.... we had the room with the pool off the balcony. Which was cool except others could get in the same narrow pool on the other side. Breakfast was extensive with MYO coffee ☕️. If you like a double shot, I did latte and added an espresso shot which fit in the cup! The beach across the road was surprisingly clean- water was clear and rubbish free. You need to pick up beach towels from reception- recommend doing that when you check in as it's a long way from the beach ⛱️ 😎 Have fun at Graceland!

This is a very big hotel but is looking old. We were upgraded to large rooms when we arrived so can't complain. The pools were clean and the pool bar happy hour was great. Great location with plenty of night life close by. Check-in staff were a bit grumpy. Breakfast had a huge choice and all tasted good. Would i stay here again, probably not.

Very well situated hotel. Two swimming pools. The hotel gives you towels for beach and for pool, so you do not need to carry them from home ( I wish I knew). Very generous breakfast - everything you dream of. The best coffee I had in a hotel in Thailand. The room was very big and comfy. The concierge, the reception and all the staff were very friendly.

A very big hotel lovely big swimming pool. The beach is 50 metres away. My room was big had 2 middle beds one big bed would of been better for me. Room was very clean and the cleaning staff always helpful. Breakfast was really big many people but the staff were very busy clearing and cleaning the tables so many food and always fresh i could mot complain. Again the staff are amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
