Location is great! Just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Seafood stands are just the next door. Spacious room with a large clean outdoor swimming pool with cocktail tipi. Non-repeating Thai breakfast. Biggest bang for the bucks we spent! Will stay here again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel!

Good value for the money paid. Perfectly located - close to Kata beach, shops, night market with fresh food is right by the hotel. Big rooms, good breakfast (coffee is bad and if you come after 7.30 most of the food is cold), overall not bad service. The hotel is not new and requires love and renovation in some places. For example, light did not work outside of our room, not enough light is the room too. Would be great if there was a dedicated area for smokers in one place and smoking by the rooms should be forbidden.

Nice hotel , just right behind one food court/market the location is good, all the walking distance. The swimming pool was big and clean . But the breakfast was very so so...the service was ok, dining waiters are not so friendly. Generally it was nice lol. The price was nice 👍👍

Really enjoyed my stay here, the room was massive (deluxe terrace) and we had the pool right outside our room. Everything was clean, all the facilities you could need in the room and housekeeping came every day and topped up the tea, coffee, complementary water etc. Breakfast was tasty and one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in Thailand in similar hotels, quite a lot of choice and topped up. Staff were attentive and really friendly and you can request breakfast to go if you have an early check out, which was appreciated 🙂

This hotel only likes rude Russian guests who are have no manners and botherig ohter hotel guests. Loud voices, smashing room doors. Even though the rooms are so noisy you can hear everything. Talking, slamming the door, watching TV etc. No chance to sleep or even work. I reported it to the hotel several times but nothing was done to improve the situation. It goes on like this day after day. This hotel apparently prefers Russian guests. No other they care. We recommend that you do not book this hotel. The 4 stars the claim were around 20 years ago anyway. In dire need of renovation. Staff and other guests scream to each other in front of your room in the morning that you probably won't be able to sleep anymore. This management is clearly missing their job! Never again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
