        Room is bit outdated and needs to be repaired. Shower is old. Service I would give it 2/10. The staff needs some customer service training, specially if you call the reception. He answered me like “what you want”, instead asking the right questions to see why I’m calling?! .. honestly, couldn’t believe my ears!! Staff needs to have proper training to communicate with customers.

        Most polite and helpful staff we found in Thailand, basically we booked for the wrong night, but they have been nice and gave us a beautiful room without charging any extra. Thank you for solving the problem! Also the room was so comfortable, big big bed and lot of pillows, clean room and big swimming pool. Definitely recommend it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
