I booked the deluxe room with pool access. I had stayed here nearly 6 years ago. It hasn't changed much. There are 2 swimming pools, one in each part of the hotel. The room is spacious, has a porch to sit outside, AC is running well but a bit noisy, there is a fridge, a comfy bed, a shower, a big wardrobe, a TV, there is no phone. All the hardware are quite old but they are fine and clean. The toilet sometimes didn't refill the water tank and need some manual manipulation to make it happen. The door must be closed all the times because mosquito can get in if you let it opened. The sunbeds are public, any guest can use any of them. The pool is very good to do laps but beware of the broken tiles and very sharp grouting edges. Staff are very strict, don't bring in guests that are not registered. The hotel doesn't do cooking anymore, but there are plenty of choices on the main street such as Salaroy which serves excellent Thai dishes especially seafood. The hotel is such good value considered it's location and the 2 swimming pools.

Let's be honest, it's not great, but it isn't necessarily bad either. It's OK-ish and the bare minimum to stay. It doesn't deserve the term "resort" and both the interior as the pool have seen better days. The location is quite good, but a long ride from the Airport. Most shops and restaurants close around 9/10pm. But its quiet and doesnt have the party-lifestyle vibe. The hotel isn't the cleanest, and slippers for the shower are a must. It's doable, and pretty representative for Phuket-hotels. But honestly, I expected more.

Mould in the room! You could smell it the second you entered the room. They where sweet enough to let us find another room, and refund the last day of our stay but we went into 6+ rooms that had the same mould smell. Also the pool and area was worn down. The area around the hotel is also not the best. Would not recommend.

All guests are squeezed into one small corner of the resort because they refuse to turn on the electricity of the rest of the resort. Family with 2 children in the room right next door and can hear everything, so no romance at night unless the kids sleeping next door hear it all !!! Packed in like sardines even though there are so many empty rooms in the massive resort. It's empty for a reason. The staff are arrogant and rude when we asked for a cleaner and rude when I asked for the hotel safe to be unlocked for me to use. Just rude for no reason. Bat attitude. Giving me dirty stares for asking to use the in room safe!!! I am polite, so why are they so mean to their guests.

No running water!! Water is turned off at midnight and turned back on at 8am so no running water for a shower or even brush your teeth or flush the toilet for 8 hours!!! They said they are keeping the costs down because the electricity bill is too high so they switch off the water pump at midnight and back on at 8am. Well why the hell sell a hotel room with no water for 8 hours a day!!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
