Absolutely beautiful place. The service was top notch and we were always taken care of. Had some problems with the AC at night around 10pm and service came right away and fixed it with no hesitation. Stunning views and nature all around it and felt very secluded and private. Infinity pool was lovely and never felt crowded.

Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton, Krabi is exquisite. Special thanks to Arty, our personal assistant, and Shasa, the general manager, for their exceptional service and hospitality. The property is stunning, featuring beachfront views, beautiful gardens, and superb amenities like the pool, bar, and cabanas. Our villa, with a private pool and garden, was a luxurious retreat. Arty’s thoughtful surprises, like a foaming outdoor bath and handmade gifts, added a personal touch. The dining experiences at Jampoon and Sri Thrang were outstanding, thanks to the exceptional chef and attentive staff. From the breathtaking temple pavilion to the unforgettable moments like kayaking and yoga on the beach, this place is truly worth the investment. Highly recommended for an indulgent and memorable experience. 3 Adults Stayed 1/16-1/19

We didn’t stay overnight, just visited Jampoon Restaurant and the Beach Bar. I have to say, the Beach Bar and the bartenders are absolutely fantastic - impeccable service. They serve Parmesan cheese, olives, and cashews with every cocktail. The whiskey sour is incredible. Keep it up, we’ll definitely come back. Thanks for the wonderful evening.

Our stay was a dream, a beautiful fairy tale to remember for the rest of our lives. Property is beyond 5 stars and the service of the staff goes above and beyond that. Our personal butler was Mr Bell, he took care of our entire stay. He made us feel very special. Thank you Bell. Food was delicious. We tried the massage and spa service, it was just amazing and the best we have experienced so far. Thank you Phulay Bay Reserve Ritz-Carlton for this amazing experience.

Staying here made me feel special. Special to a point I once again decided to treat my body and mind with the best. Staffs were attentive, activities were nice and every time we went outside the room for an hour the bed was newly made. Every time! Thank you for an amazing stay and service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
