Our second stay here. The staff are great and very attentive. The hotel has been completely remodeled and the rooms are cozy and clean. The Aircon in the room was not good and we tried a few rooms and it was a reoccurring issue. They did try to help and move us around but they need to sort that important issue when it is so hot there.

The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The hotel is having some work done on a few floors but it wasn't noisy. Common areas on upper floors were not air-conditioned (as a result) at the time of my stay but in room aircon was ok. The pool is small but pleasant with nice view,, needs an in room phone and proper room service though... The man downstairs, he's outstanding! A real shining star of your hotel. He never failed to impress me with his great English skills and a true service attentiveness that impressed me throughout my stay... I'd stay here again just off the back of his great attitude but if you improve the access to in-room dining I'd say the location alone is a winner and the balconies are large and offer a pleasant view.

My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was a bit let down that the pool was not open and that was part of the reason I booked this hotel. Beyond that, the staff was really friendly and I had several guests stop by during the two days that I stayed, and there was no issue with that.

In general it was not a pleasant stay. I booked 1 night from agoda. The location of hotel is great, close to cerntral market and pub street. The room was small and clean. Hoever, the "sound isolation" of the rooms were horrible. I could clearly hear people walking on the aisle / open and close the door at 3am. And when people taking shower in the room next to mine, the sound of water flowing was annoying. I expected the rooftop view but it was closed at the moment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
