Our 2-night stay at Phuong Binh House was nothing short of fantastic. The proximity to both the pool and beach just steps away enhanced our family experience. The receptionists displayed empathy and support, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delightful, and overall, I highly recommend Phuong Binh House to families seeking a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Give it a shot – you won't be disappointed!

The location is perfect. You’d be right on the beach. There are a pool, a restaurant, and beach chairs on the beach. Buffet style breakfast is included in the price. Everyone who works there is nice. Especially the girls at the reception are very helpful and knowledgeable. Wi-Fi is fast enough to work. You get water bottles, room cleaning, and other essentials on a daily basis. Occasionally the room and bathroom smelled like a sewer, which was quite unpleasant. There was a time when no hot shower was available all night. There also was a time when no Wi-Fi was available for some time. Cleaning ladies opened the door without knocking first and sometimes didn’t supply enough essentials. Overall, I had a good experience.

Husband and I stayed here for 28 nights in the bungalow. Buffet breakfast was amazing it also has western food. The hotel is directly on the beach. The food at the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Special shoutout to Kai, Winn and Lung (sp?) super nice people and knew when we needed another beer! Met some other friendly tourists as well. The beach gets busy as this is the place to watch the sunset. The massage ladies on the beach are super nice and their prices are reasonable too. About a 7 min walk to the main drag. King Kong grocery store is about an 8 min walk on the main drag. Little store not far from the hotel that we would buy most of our stuff that we needed. Lots of choices for restaurants. They rent scooters and SUP. We were sad to leave.

Phuong Binh House - A Peaceful Place is a cozy, westernised setting for those who are into healthy living: for calm, chilled out, sporty early birds. It is situated in the very best part of Long Beach for running and swimming. The guest house is owned by a very hardworking and truly friendly local family whom you can trust your safety. A private beach is super clean. The pool is huge, with underwater jets and lots of shade in midday. Parasols and sunbeds are all recently renewed. All rooms have large balconies where you can enjoy your privacy and top up your tan. Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful wooden furniture, with daily complimentary water and tea. Two storey restaurant serves you delicious, healthy, fresh food and drinks from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. - a famous, beachfront place on Phu Quoc for decades. No loud music, fortunately. Soup for breakfast is amazing! Highly recommended for solo travellers and introverts. #RomanticBeahfrontRestaurantLongBeach #ScandinavianStyleLongBeach

Ate at this beachfront restaurant several times during our stay in Phu Quoc. Good food, cold drinks and the nicest staff. We also really enjoyed the music selection.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
