        My recent visit at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing and concerning. Despite the absence of visible mold, a persistent musty odor permeated the room, raising serious doubts about the cleanliness and maintenance standards. Beyond the inconvenience, the potential health implications of such an environment cannot be ignored. The fact that the room emitted a musty odor without any apparent visual mold is disconcerting, as it suggests an underlying issue that goes beyond what meets the eye. Mold spores are known to be potential health hazards, even when not immediately visible. The hotel management needs to address this matter urgently, as it not only affects the overall guest experience but also poses a genuine health risk. I brought my concerns to the attention of the hotel staff, hoping for a prompt and effective resolution. However, the response was lacking, and it seemed like the severity of the issue wasn't fully acknowledged. We were offered another room and it was just as bad. The health and well-being of guests should be a top priority, and the hotel needs to take immediate action to investigate and remedy this situation. The mould was so bad my child and I and to find a diffrent hotel that same night. As at time of writing there has been no response to my request for a refund. In conclusion there are serious concerns about the potential health risks associated with mold. I strongly recommend that the hotel thoroughly addresses this issue to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for its guests.

        Firstly, it was impossible to find once we were in the square because their was very little sign posting showing us where to go, which lead us to having to call the staff at the hotel to get them to come out and find us. Then when we got to the room the locks were confusing and constantly annoying the whole family. Our room had mould everywhere and was very sickening, so much so that we tried to change rooms only to be greeted to another disgusting, dodgy and mouldy room. We decided to leave our key behind the front desk before even staying a night because our allergies had been triggered to the point where we could not even stay for 5 minutes in the room without leaving to go get fresh air. We had to find another hotel in the rain, at night because reception had closed. Furthermore we emailed the hotel an outrages three times in a span of two days, with each day zero response. This hotel was horrible, do not stay here unless you love mould and sneezing all the time. Not even worth it for the location and was money wasted.

        Selected this room for the location. Big mistake. The bed and furniture are old. The mattress was lumpy and left our backs and neck sore in the morning. The shower was too small and moldy. You weren't supposed to flush toilet paper but place it in a small trash can next to the toilet. We won't stay here for our next trip.

        Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites is a great place to stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from many of Rome's top attractions. The best part of my stay was the amazing service. The staff was always available to help me with anything I needed, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
