        If you can stay anywhere else in Milan, strongly recommend to do so. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This hotel is in a quiet and nice location, however there are so many things wrong with this hotel. The customer service is only good when you pay. If you ask questions or demand to fix anything in your room, the staff members will only speak Italian. The hotel also offers a "prison" style breakfast served 7-9.30am. If you are keen for dry bread, no toaster and the worst orange juice in the entire Italy, this is the place to be. The breakfast time is great for sharing unpleasant memories of the hotel with other dissatisfied customers. We were given a room on the second floor, which had the worst air con we have ever experienced. It is honestly the loudest we have ever heard. Impossible to sleep with it on+it is angled directly on the bed so it will also freeze you. Luckily we were touring in October and we could somewhat live with it. The mini bar also will not work while it is promoted on the website and on booking.com. We asked for it to be fixed/swapped but you can guess if that happened. You guessed it, Nope! The hotel decoration is in such a bad shape that the roof paint will drop on you while sitting in the toilet. See images. This seems to be normal standard in the hotel as it was cleaned away and the staff never said sorry about it. Also, the room beds, duvet covers etc are from horror movies. The toilet door also has an extra hole, because why not. The room always smelt moldy and was very moist when you enter the room. So not so great choice for people with sensitivities. The only positives about this hotel are the cleaners who are so nice and try to do everything to help. This hotel requires a new management team/owners, because the location is great but everything else is bad.

        Its not far from San Marcos Plaza, 20 min in boat that is in front of the hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are clean, well size and the price quality is totally great.

        its very difficult for reinforced concrete walls to be made so badly: you can hear the reception from anywhere , you can hear anyone in any room from anywhere. the receptions are not helpful at all. at times there are 4/7 people at the reception??? why? i come hotel not to the streets? not worth the money. not worth the Hussle and the headache especially if your paying. i would give minus 5 stars just to save you from coming here

        I wanted to get more information before confirming my booking, so I called the hotel today and when I talked in English I was welcomed with a : vaffanculo and then they hang up on me. If this is how you treat potential customer you don't deserve to work in hospitality. I'll look for another hotel

        Staff was very friendly. And it's in a good location. Metro station very close by, but you can also walk to the city center if you are up for it. You pay what you get for, as far as room quality goes.
