        I had a disappointing experience with Pick the Place in London. The flat in Kensington I rented had a broken toilet seat and shower screen upon check-in, which I reported over a month ago. Despite my complaints, no action has been taken. The so-called "beautiful flats" are far from it, with subpar, broken furniture. Additionally, they don't provide bins for trash disposal, leading to fines from the council. Overall, a poorly maintained and misrepresented property.

        Just finished an eight week stay at the Connaught street property and a one night stay at the property behind Selfridges honestly based on my experience with these two properties I would say that the photographs are very misleading and are Tourist Traps. Both properties were very run down with zero cleaning in between guests and no maintenance. The level is definitely that of a two star property. In the property in Connaught street when I complained to the agent on arrival about the lack of cleaning she told me to just relax after she left I went upstairs and discovered that one of the toilet bowls was full of un flushed fecal matter which explained the smell. In the property behind Selfridges the curtains rails were falling of the ceiling and the property was very generally dark and dingy. In the property on Connaught Street the carpets and sofa were very dirty and the bedroom walls smeared with food stains. I paid for my own personal housekeeper to come and clean both the walls and carpets and bought a cheap cover from Amazon to cover the sofa so we could sit on it. The plumbing was also terrible with water coming up through the shower causing it to overflow so also had to buy drain unblocker to be able to use the showers. The toilet flushes are also of very poor quality so you definitely should not stay here unless you have some basic knowledge of how to temporarily fix Both mattresses definitely need to be replaced and the bedding is of very poor polyester cotton so had to go out and buy new sheets. Based on my experience I would conclude that honestly prospective guests would be better of staying in a two/ three star hotel with daily cleaning than either of these two properties.

        PickThePlace Team was really helpful during my stay. Good communication before the arrival and the apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. All facilities and everything in the kitchen needed for cooking and super comfy bed! Will definitely stay with them again next time in London. Thank you

        I have had a great experience with PTP. They have an amazing choice of apartments in great hotspots of London. They have been very accommodative and patient with my changes (I mean lots!). They were quick at responding even during this pandemic - some of the exchange of messages were late in the night and yet they have been helping me with a positively attitude. I also noted that they give a great attention to detail - everything in the apartment from decor, furniture, bedsheets, cutlery, etc is of a high standard. Great going, will see you soon!

        I have used Pick The Place on four occasions, each time i have had a professional and punctual service. The apartments are excellent, combined with a responsive service. I will continue to use Pick The Place for my trips to London.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
