Our stay at Fabl Haus was a dream. Bahtiyar was an excellent host, and his team on the ground in Göcek were equally as gracious. They were flexible with us, giving us recommendations and even helping book local trips. The stay itself is outstanding, modern and highly comfortable Big thanks to the entire team!. We stayed in a very nice room for about 5 days. The accommodation is very tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. It is very central and right in the middle of down town with a harbour view. Everything was taken care of from the very first beginning. The entire Fabl team is very helpful and always available via Whatsapp. The Fabl Cafe- directly below fabl haus -is also exceptional! From breakfast to dinner - everything was exemplary delicious! Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with children, it is perfect. I can only recommend this accommodation. Top!

An ATEMPTING ACCOMMODATION in a fabulous location. Just a few steps from the old town, but still in a quiet location. Such a beautiful place. Fabl house is spectacular and carries a modern homely touch. Fully equipped and built for comfort. Bahtiyar and his team were always there for our needs. They helped with transfers and trip bookings. The accommodation is cleaned daily which is done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend a stay at Fabl Haus.

Anyone travelling to göcek should definitely put this place as a must dos on their bucket list. I am from the UK and stayed at the fabl Haus for 2 weeks (recommended by friends) for work reasons and got a feeling of home. I was warmly welcomed and requests were dealt with immediatly. Even co-working from the fabl cafe( straight below Fabl Haus) was possible without any problems. Even my business partners, whom I invited to the café, were positively surprised by the ambience. I will definitely come again - but next time privately ;) Once again a big thank you to the whole fabl team! Keep up the good work!!!See you soon!

Great Location! Incredible view of the sea and the harbour, close to city centre, dozens of restaurant are nearby. Communication with the host was smooth, gave useful tips for our stay. We had a great time there and would come back another time!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
