        I liked the room and location of this properly however it was quite surprising to find that there was no reception and upon arrival you have to reach out to owner by calling repeatedly. Also check in and check out time are wildly horrible!!!! Check in time is 4:00 pm in the evening which is nowhere mentioned during the time of booking and check out is 10:00 in the morning( not even 20 hours!!!!!!!!!) Definitely will not recommend it to anyone!

        Pietra Rossa is a nice place to stay and enjoy Split. First, the team is fantastic and always available, we felt welcome immediately. The room was clean and well decorated, with a lot of storage spaces. The location is very close from the old city but in a calm place, so you can enjoy the silence after a long and busy day of visit. 100% recommended!

        This is without a doubt the worst place I've stayed in at least 30 years. Dishonest staff, dishonest advertising, dishonest management. Broken light switches on lamps, burnt out light bulbs, broken refrigerator, none of the toiletries or amenities promised. The staff was pathetic. They lied, failed to address any issues, and the excuse for their laziness and stupidity "This is Croatia". We live in Croatia part of the year, and that's just not true. There is no excuse for the abysmal level of service they provided. If it was possible to give them zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

        Pietra Rossa is a nice place to stay and enjoy Split. First, the team is fantastic and always available, we felt welcome immediately.         My girlfriend and I loved this place! Superb location only 3 min. to the beach and 5 min. to the city centre (on foot), luxurious and spotlessly clean, extra comfy beds, plenty of sunshine and top comfort. Will definitely come again!

        The owner is very rude, and i wouldn't be comfortable staying in this apartments since this apartments is draining water to other apartments in this building.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
