This is truly a special spot run by a very kind man. A wonderful place from which to explore the Sassi and offers a distinctive cave stay. Shower accoustics are amazing!

Giacomo the owner, is a lovely man. Very helpful and kind. The place is lovely and new. We had all 3 rooms for 3 nights. 2 were in caves with beautiful designs - big baths and 2 toilets. The 3rd room on top had a huge balcony area with the best views of Matera. Easy to book directly with him. He is responsive and trust worthy.

Wonderful B&B in Matera, in the midst of Sassi. Giacomo is a terrific guy, always helpful and supportive if any questions arise. He help to find a parking fir the car and drove us back and forth. The rooms are chic and very well designed having the experience of sleeping in a cave. The bathroom was something special, reminded me on Berlusconis’ “Grotta”. The breakfast was very Italian alike, which could be somewhat improved... Overall, a perfect place to spend the night and a very nice host!

Clean, new, amazingly decorated rooms. Great air-conditioned system. Beautiful bathroom. Amazing location. We absolutely fell in love for the city and the hotel. Would totally come back! Breakfast could improve: there is no fresh fruits, butter or milk..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
