Cool apartment in a nice location. Would be a great experience if it would be in an acceptable condition. Unfortunately it isn't. The apartment is filthy and very poorly decorated and maintained. Airco is noisy and does not work well. Found a roach in the kitchen on day 1. Most appliances just don't work. Kitchen equipment is a joke. Garden is full of weeds, the umbrella is broken, etc. Service is also poor, they even made us throw the trash. A greatly disappointing experience at an astronomical price. Avoid at all costs!!!

We checked in to Pilastri gardens at 2pm. Walking around with the concierge and checking everything out it was found that the living room door did not close fully and the back bedroom door was broken so we could not use it. The concierge offered us a number to call a maintenance guy. Still in the unit were the used sheets and towels from the last guests, 2 tall piles of sheets and towels in the dining room. The top sheet on the pile was filthy with either blood or some other filth. This made the dining room unusable, not a palatable place to serve food. We were told the sheets would be removed later that day....didn't happen, never happened. Even after multiple conversations and emails. The 2 back bathrooms are full of mold in the showers. One shower had half a door missing so water would get all over the floor, hence the reason there were non skid strips on the bathroom floor. You'll need to buy mosquito control items for your bedrooms and other rooms. There are mosquitos throughout the property. We have so far found multiple roaches in and around the kitchen area and hallway near the kitchen. Not that this owner has any power of this next issue...the neighbor next door has a dog which at 5am liked to bark a lot. Oh, and lastly, if you don't mind the neighbor above throwing dirty liquid into the open garden space, you're in the right place. Hopefully you're not sitting in the outdoor area when it happens. We've been staying in VRBO properties for over 20 years. Every property has minor issues just like any home, we get that. This is the first stay where the experience of the property adversely impacted our vacation.

Let's start from the location...perfect! If we add that in the center of Florence you can have a huge and comfortable house for 10 people (but even more) and with a super garden with table, chairs and sofas... I would say that everything else absolutely takes second place! There is certainly a lack of attention to detail: care for the garden, mirrors in the rooms, a bit of plaster coming off here and there, some rooms without wardrobes. On the other hand, however, the house is renovated, equipped with clean towels and sheets, comfortable mattresses, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi. So 5 stars well deserved, if you are a bit fussy you will surely find some small defects. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
