It was a great place to stay for the few days. The apartment was as shown and it was very clean. The apartment is close to many stores and the station. I will definitely book again if I’m ever in Manchester.

10/10 stay at this apartment last week. Me and my friends stayed the night in a highly maintained room, the place when we arrived was clean, appealing to the eye and allowed us to enjoy our stay with no worries. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom etc were spotless. Staff were great at replying to messages, had good parking availability and overall meant we had a stress free stay. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment does not come with parking. There is free on street parking but there is police posters all around advising of thefts so does not feel secure at all. Was advised could check in from 3pm, and was meant to receive details an hour before. Instructions not sent until after 3pm. Room was freezing on arrival. Building very loud, very thin walls. Would not recommend

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently and it's just so much better than hotel. 10/15 min walk into Manchester and even Uber is bout £4/5 which is great. On a bit of industrial estate but that's no harm and there's a retail park just round the corner for food and that. Would recommend for kids really as parking is free and your not constantly in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Location outstanding 15min walk to AO arena and to the main city plus in a quiet street though its an industrial estate you are surrounded by churches and car garages, no traffic noise and only people around work there. Oh and free parking beautiful! Apartment lovely with an outstanding view of Manchester's skyline Check in easy with no human contact perfect for a city break! Another plus is that the other guests are respective of the rules, so there is not much noise from other apartments, bliss, compared to the big hotels! Good value for money, I will definitely be staying again when I'm back! There is a deposit of £99 but I checked out on Sunday, and money was returned by the owner on Monday and back in my bank by the Tuesday so can't complain. Improvements - dish towel and dishwasher tabs would have been good!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
