The best and most easiest air bnb process. Pillo put everyone else to shame with the systems they have in place. Definitely staying again. Fast, easy, excellent communication and very easy check in and guide

We are staying here while our house is having some building work done. The open plan living area is very clean and everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom is lovely and clean with an electric shower. The maintenance crew and both friendly and helpful. Getting into the city is very easy, there is a tram stop 5 mins away.

Cheapest serviced apartment I could find near Manchester center. Good quality over all but don't expect something luxurious. Some items need refurbishment/replacement like bedframe, pillows and mattress. Didn't like the customer service behaviour when I told them not to enter the apartment when I am not there, but they kept arguing that they had the right to do so. Not the best way to win the customer! Liked how fast they refunded me the deposit though, the available free parking space , the good wifi connection, and the nice kitchen. Another downside is the noise you always hear from drunk neighbours on weekends at 3 am and the lack of sound isolation of the building walls. Finally, the shower heater was replaced two times when I was there but kept disfunctionning and switching between cold and hot constantly.

Apartment was clean, spacious and all the kitchen utensils and appliances were very handy. Property was easily accessible and a great location with shops and takeaways close by and for getting straight onto the motorway. We had a very comfortable sleep and would definitely choose to stay here in the future. The free street parking right next to the property was a plus. All round excellent stay and great value for money.

Couldn't fault Pillo Rooms, apartment was as described and very close to the tram station for trams directly into Piccadilly or the Etihad stadium. Had a minor issue with an appliance during our stay and they replied super quickly and came out ASAP to sort the issue, cannot fault their customer service. Apartment was very clean, easy check in/ out and parking was never an issue, with CCTV covering the street where you park and the main entrance.
