Excellent hotel and service! The rooms are modern, clean, spacious. You can also cast from your phone to the TV. The main area, library and dining area is warm and cozy- looks like the picture posted. The location is convenient - 3 mins walk to the central station. Every single interaction with the staff that I experienced (front desk, cleaning, restaurant ) are kind and accommodating. They even wrote me a note and left some treats- made me feel valued as a customers. I stayed for 5 days in total. I stayed at another hotel nearby also rated 4 star and the service was not even comparable to Pillows. Thank you to everyone at Pillows City Hotel!

We were greeted warmly immediately upon arrival. After a long flight, this was just what we needed. It put us in the right frame of mind: vacation = relaxation. Our room was impeccable. The bathroom was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful way to ease into the day rather than rushing out the door to find something on your way to meet your agenda. The front desk continued to shine through our vacation, making helpful suggestions for restaurants and museums; providing us with maps and even walking us to the end of the block to be sure we found the Metro. Note: Brussels is a small "big" city. Everything is walkable. The train and metro are very convenient for farther excursions. The Pillows is about 3 blocks from Centrale train station. We found the GoogleMaps estimates to destinations was off. Everything was closer and took a lot less time than expected. Other hotels may appear to be closer to local attractions but Pillows offers luxury, calm, quiet and convenience.

My friends and I found ourselves in Brussels for only a single night and wanted a great location in the city center where we didn't have to walk far or drive. Pillow City Hotel had great reviews and met our walkability/price requirements. The rooms were extremely nice, clean, and spacious. I was a major fan of the included Bluetooth speaker each room had. A small amenity I've never seen at a hotel before. Only major negative I have to say is one of the front desk personnel (Indian Ethnicty) who checked us in was extremely rude and impolite. He also charged a card of mine I explicitly told him not to even though he had the correct card in his hand. I'll never understand how rude people are allowed to work customer service.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The bathroom is immaculate with lovely toiletries and power shower. The bed and pillows are top quality. Very central location just around the corner of the main railway station and Grand Place. Secure hotel where you need your room card to access the lifts or stairs. Staff were very friendly and polite. We would 100% go back to this hotel. Thank you Pillows City Hotel Brussels
