Pillows was a luxurious experience with a beautiful setting. The service was superb and attentive. Great attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate and very cozy. The living room was a great communal space with refreshments and amazing cookies!!! The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. The attention was very personalized. The location is a bit off central but well connected with public transportation. If your looking to splurge and taste luxury I’d definitely recommend staying here. Wish we stayed longer.

Wow! My wife and I are left speechless after spending 3 nights at pillows. We’ve been to many 5 star hotels around the world and the service from the staff was the best we’ve ever been to. From the lovely lady that checked us in to the restaurant staff to the Fitz bar staff, what an incredible level of service. The hotel itself is an architectural beauty. Highly suggest pillows at the park in Amsterdam

We stayed there last week for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location was great, just a short 2-3m walk from the #14 tram stop and from there you can get pretty much anywhere in Amsterdam. Central Station is about 15-20m tram ride. But it's super quiet there right next to Oosterpark. The rooms were a bit on the small side but very luxurious and planned well. And the bathroom seemed to have heated floors which is a nice touch in the winter! I loved the living room area which they say is an extension of your room. We did have breakfast there every day and it was excellent, all a la carte choices, freshly made. The staff was friendly and always there, willing to help. Overall, a great trip, no complaints and I would stay there again.

The staff were impeccable! A truly 5 star hotel that sets the bar extremely high. Conveniently in every aspect of gym, bar, food variety and restaurants. There is literally nothing missing and the details are stunning. I've noticed all the German and French wares provided and kettle and fantastic views! just a few recommendations to the hotel: Internet is weak in some areas of the room, there wasn't and the Wifi isn't password protected. Water pressure was a little weak (shower). Also there isn't a business center (staff can print for you no problem but would be nice to be able to access a business center for printing needs and another device with better internet if necessary. Last but not a too big of an issue: Europeans like their hamburger/ground meat on the rare side. Would be nice to be given an option upon ordering. I ate it a few hours ago- I'm sure I will be fine be fine because the first time I figured it was a European thing was the last time I was in the country 8 years ago. Rooms: I got the upgraded package with view of the park and breakfast. Food & drinks: Without the package- the breakfast is 44 euros alone. Breakfast is very high end with a variety of options and authentic. The pistachio croissant, and the Chia seed pudding was superb. And I had two coffees.

We had an incredible stay at Pillows. The beds and pillows were absolutely Devine - probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. Shower pressure was amazing! We had breakfast included. We didn't love the food but the service was great and the coffee was delicious. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't our cup of tea. The staff here is friendly, attentive, and always available to assist immediately. Sandra (at breakfast) was so helpful and kind. The bellhop staff were all also ready to assist. I will definitely be staying here again should I return to Amsterdam

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
