We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect. The staff are so lovely, the breakfast delicious and the room was incredible. Truly felt like we were at home. If you are looking for home comfort with the loveliest staff then book!!

After several weeks of travel I’m lookings forward to going home and yet so sad to leave Pineapple House and this fantastic team. This hotel is simply stunning. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed - I’ve take photos home for decor inspiration. The breakfast and beverages were delicious. My only regret was that there wasn’t more of their food, a cocktail hour and canapés for example would have been great to connect with the staff and guests more. The location was right by the sea in the bubbly locale of Sea Point. I felt very safe and the area was easily accessible to and from Cape Town, Western Cape areas and the airport. Our private tour of Cape Point with Kiss was one of the highlights of the trip. Kiss is clearly passionate about Cape Town, wildlife and culture. Saving the best until last, the staff were incredible. They were all friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Kiss, Lawrence, Travolta, Roy, Phuhliso - and the entire team, I know I’m forgetting names! To the owners, you should be proud of your beautiful hotel and team.

My sister and I spent the weekend at Pineapple House Boutique. We were there for the Netball World Cup. Keith, Travolta, Phuhliso and Roy took great care of us and made our stay phenomenal. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! The staff were all amazing, breakfast very high quality and delicious, location perfect! Due to a sad event in our personal life we weren’t sure if we could make it until the very last minute, which the hotel was really understanding about. Fortunately we did make it and when we arrived they gave us the most beautiful room (much bigger than the one we’d booked and with a huge balcony). We felt so at home, we didn’t want to leave. The next time someone we know is going to Cape Town, we will be recommending The Pineapple House to them and we really hope to return one day ourselves too!

What an experience! Amazing from start to finish. The staff where so incredibly friendly and frankly just delightful. They always assisted with any request with a smile and always up for a quick chat. The whole Hotel was so quirky and interesting and very well designed. Our room was so cute and modern with all sort of interesting things everywhere you look. The room was in impeccable shape really can not fault this place on a thing. Our breakfast was really very well prepared and very tasty. Highly highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
