I wanted somewhere with a pool, and they found me a place with the biggest (and cleanest) pool I ever saw in Brazil. I have spent a year in Brazil, staying in 4 star hotels only, and the place they found for me was better than most of them. The room was great and the staff at the hotel are my newest friends. Thank You Pineapple, I will contact you again soon when I am back in Rio.

We rented an apartment for 4 people, and they gave us an apartment for 3. With an extra “sofabed” that was in poor condition. The A/C did not work, so we had to sleep with the window open, and the bats flew around and made their particular high pitched sound. Everything was horrible. I have to accept that the staff of pineapples, were trying so hard to fix our situation, but the person in charge of this company didn’t want to understand this problems that we had and didn’t accept any of the possible solutions that we asked for. We had to leave this apartment and look for another one for our own.

CaviRio is a MUST when booking for a spot for vacation. They provide a fabulous space with all that you will need to be comfortable. If you're lucky, you will be greeted by Clara. She was such a great resource while staying at CaviRio and provided so much information that I used.

Positives: Great location between cocabanca and Ipanema. Safe! The apartment was suitable in size and had hot water (for showers) a good wifi signal, easy check-in and check-out process, large tv in living room with Netflix, an A/C unit which provided great cooling, and things like an ironing board, full size refrigerator, cleaning supplies, and some small toiletries. Lots of extra towels and sheets. Great response times from day one. Great value for the price paid. I would recommend. Negatives: Added required additional registration paperwork (post purchase) that was not noted as being needed on the Airbnb site. All requirements should be listed on the site so there are no surprises. The housekeeper walked in unannounced before the 11am checkout time which was alarming. Work on a new process to avoid this occuring.

A perfect little oasis. Has everything you need. Wi-Fi, AC, great security, washing machine for clothes, nice view in a safe a quiet street near great restaurants and stores. Please note that this building does not allow visitors, which is not unusual in Rio.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
