Had a pleasant stay at The Pinnacle. Staff was efficient, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Filipino food alacarte and buffet were good as well. Pool is very nice but too cool for me. Room and balcony were clean, spacious and had the functional needs for guests. Had a restful sleep in the bed. Convenient 2 minute walk to the beach and child friendly. My toddler enjoyed climbing up the stairs on his own because steps are wide and clear. They also have their own ebike shuttle for free but felt like guests who were checking out we're not a priority to use the shuttle (I might be wrong). Internet connection was intermittent in our room.

Had a pleasant experience at Pinnacle. Their service is awesome and I really like the vibe of the place. It’s quite a workout to go to the beach but it’s super worth it (READ: stairs) plus they also have a nice and clean pool. A lot of places in the resort are IG-worthy 👌🏼. Another plus is their shuttle services that one can avail of to go to D-Mall. Will definitely be back!

I do not post nor do I write reviews however, when service exceeds expectation it warrants a shout out as is the case for Sunday and her team. Sunday not only exemplified first class service but showed empathy to her guests when we had arrived after an unfortunate set of circumstances and ensured that our time at the hotel was filled with warm memories. Thank you Sunday. We will be sure to return to the Pinnacle on our future visits to Boracay.

Food was great. I loved their sisig. I ordered once for lunch. I enjoyed their pool it was heated and was perfect for evening dip. Staff were super nice they treat you like royalty. Everything you need just call the lobby. I loved their free shuttle service to dmall. I wish i could have used it more often during my stay. It is perfectly located just behind the lind which means you get the same beach as the Lind and its the best spot in boracay IMO.
