Always exceptional. Great location. Great value. Amazing staff providing excellent service. Family friendly and never pretentious. P2B restaurant/bar is elegant and welcoming. Reasonable prices for fine dining. We don't consider staying anywhere else when in Vancouver. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and answered any questions we had. Our room was nice but the only thing we noticed was the carpet was bumpy, which was completely fine and barely noticeable. We were on the harbour front side of the building and had a great view of the water with a sliding glass door to a small balcony. Beds are a little firm but it wasn't an issue and was comfortable once I got in. One thing I noticed is that around dinner time the hotel smelled strongly of fish, which I assume is because there is a fancy restaurant attached to the lobby. I also noticed a lot of people dressed in suits and dresses and nobody seemed to mind when me and my family came in wearing comfortable clothing and me carrying my 8 foot long snake plushie around my neck 😂 When we arrived in our room we were met with a note and chocolates for my birthday. The one thing I didn't like so much about this hotel was the pools. The bigger pool is kept at a colder temperature than most pools, but it was clean. The hot tub, however had a ring of grime around the rim, but the next day it was a little better. When in the hot tub I had my legs on the floor of the tub and suddenly my leg quickly got sucked into a hole on the inner bottom of the tub along where the back of your legs touch. It was extremely strong and though only the size of a baseball or so there was multiple holes along the tub and my hands and legs got sucked into it multiple times. I was completely fine but it did hurt pretty bad a few times and NEEDS a cover, I had this happen two days ago or so when I stayed here and I still have a red ring on my leg which is quite sore. This could be dangerous for little hands or feet for sure, so keep your feet out towards the middle until this is fixed. When the jets are off I don't believe it suctions. Otherwise the hotel was very nice with lots of parking underneath and the location is near a 7 eleven, Starbucks, and a few minutes walk to the water. I had a great time staying here!

We had fantastic views of the waterfront. The rooms were clean enough. We liked the pool/hot tub amenities and the restaurant in the lobby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location itself is close to downtown and walkable to the waterfront and the malls. Although our biggest gripe would be the elevators. The wait times were sometimes abysmal and not part of our expectations — at one point the wait for the elevator took 15+ minutes. Despite of the inconvenience of the elevators, we would recommend this place to our friends and family visiting Downtown Vancouver.

First impressions are everything! Alex, what a joy you are to have crossed along our paths. You really stood out! We really appreciate your warm welcome and enthusiastic hospitality. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very pleasant. We had a wonderful waiter at the P2B restaurant and our room was spotless. The hotel manager is doing a wonderful job given the age of the property, it is very well kept as well as managed.

Nice hotel at the right price. I always stay here when I'm in downtown Vancouver for its proximity to the convention centre and other amenities as well as their fair price. This is not a luxury hotel, but if you need a nice, clean, reliable, affordable, and well located place to sleep, this is your place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
