We stayed two nights in one of the hotel rooms which were clean and spacious. Some (I assume isolated) issues with power as some work was happening on the main power line down the street, no warning was given before booking which would have been nice. Over all was a pleasant stay.

Right from the second you walk in here the receptionist is warm and friendly and takes care of you. The beach and pool area are simply beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. There is a private calm beach, with a lovely sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a restaurant serving good food on site and a very reasonable price. The staff couldn’t help us enough. My favourite hotel in my month in Thailand and would definitely come back.

Amazing room. Very spacious and has some good TV channels. The bathroom is very big and nice and the area around gives good vibes. They include morning breakfast too which is like an all you can eat buffet with drinks and a bunch of different food. Reccomened 101% and right by the pier.

Good day I visited with a buddy passing through. We planned 2 nights to relax. We set our standards for a 3 star hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised by the offer and the cleanliness. I will start with the polite and friendly hotel staff from the gardener to the receptionist. The facility is clean and well maintained. The different colors of the flowers made me happy every time I walked by. Breakfast includes bread, eggs, Thai specialties as well as sausages and fresh fruits. The sea is suitable for refreshment as well as very good for swimming. All in all you get a lot for the money with a lot of attention to detail. i will go again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
