What we liked: parking, breakfast What we didn’t like: some small technical issues in rooms such as the door to room and toilet, some stains on sheets and towels, etc. The overall experience was good till the moment that housekeeping (as the receptionist told us who it was) after knocking on door and not responding to us just opened our room with the key and left. Till we managed to approach the door there was no one. Btw it was only few minutes after the check out time: 12:03. So they had to check first whether the room was empty or not. Just added the second star for the girls from reception, unfortunately didn’t check their names, who welcomed us warmly and were very polite and communicative.

Absolutely disappointed by the service and the staff treatment at this hotel. We have experienced frequently power and water cut off, poor breakfast, untidy room, no air-conditioning in the room, dirty location, poor Wi-fi and smell of cooked oil in the room. We have finally changed our hotel after two nights stay at this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
