Very clean rooms, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly service. Good view and central location. Unfortunately the phone and one blanket was missing from our room but has been replaced. Extra nice that the waitress in the restaurant had no problem preparing "diet" breakfast for me who just experienced some kind of food poisoning the days before. This is a big plus and super customer service. The furnitures and the interieur is a bit outdated, windows dirty, quality of (regular) breakfast could be improved as well. I find the 4-star rating a bit exaggerated. Still 4 stars from me. Recommended.

The place has an amazing location that is walking distance from the major attractions in the city. Hotel is clean and good. Bathroom was a bit worn out and the room that we got was facing backwards wich had a constant A/C machinery noise. Despite that its a very good value to money.

Great rooms and location. The building work out front made getting in and out with our luggage a bit challenging but staff were very helpful and the carrefour supermarket around the corner was very handy. Family room was brilliant - spacious and convenient. Highly recommended for families.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my contacts and friends. The upkeep is clean and the hotel staff are extremely courteous to the guests. Some of the staff who may have joined recently need training to deal with guests. There is driver called Georgi who is a stupendous person. He drives taxi but I like to rate him as a trustworthy companion to go safely. His smiling face and studiousness is worth mentioning. Georgia a friendly country. We like to visit again.

The room was great! Good value for money, the hotel is not wow however it’s in a great location in old Tbilisi! The staff is so helpful and kind! They helped me in preparing surprise for my Fiancé!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
