      Well equipped room, we had room 4 for our family. Great location for visiting split, but very (like, really) noisy during night. Nightlife and drunk people can be heard until 4am and at 5am, the ballet of the service and delivery vehicles starts right below. Windows are not noise insulated, so get yourself a good set of earplugs. They allow you to store your luggage until check-in time and also the day of checkout. We had HUGE rucksacks and this came in so handy! At our arrival early in the morning, we were greeted by a very friendly lady taking care of the rooms. She spoke English and managed to get us into our rooms several hours before official check-in time. The door shown in the photos is the right one to access the place! Really! 😁

      Great location for the rooms right in the city centre. Just a few steps from the main square and tons of places to go for food and drinks. It's a small space but not a lot of time is spent here. We got lucky and had quiet neighbours all night/morning. The Wifi was terrible, had 1 bar and it kept disconnecting and using my eSim which is unfortunate.

      Biggest mistake of our trip booking this place. We stayed 2 nights and it was the worst night sleeps of any place we have ever stayed at. Incredibly noisey on the street and the light streams with no curtains, just wooden shutters. Do not stay here.

      Good communication when I could still cancel, no responds at arrival for the agreed baggage drop of, nobody showed up in time for the check in (why not doing a keybox, would be so much easier). No noise proof windows as mentioned so it is extremely noise. But good location

      Great room, clean, good size for 2, bathroom clean, bed comfortable, good wifi, hot water ran out in 10 mins though so take quick showers, great location, after hours check in process was ok. No parking in this area (it’s a pedestrian zone) so you have to walk with your bags for 5-10 mins. Finding the place at the beginning may be slightly difficult but once you’ve found it it’s great!
