First of all, almost all the construction materials used in the hotel are very good. Those who are interested will understand very well. The rooms have airlux, it's incredible. It was a hotel that I liked very much in terms of architecture. My only negative comment for the rooms is; The sink and toilet are in separate places. It is not very suitable in terms of hygiene. Since we have a car, I can't comment on its location. I don't know how we would go to the center if I didn't have a car. But in general, me and my guests liked the hotel very much.

Do you want to wake up in a luxury hotel because of heat? Due to green decisions, this hotel is not air-conditioned. I'm writing this review at 7:49 a.m., when the heat in the room woke me up. I had a hard time sleeping here even though the beds are really comfortable. I had a hard time working here because of the high temperature. DO NOT RECOMMEND IN SUMMER. I will be in Zurich for business in a week for 10 days and I cancelled my reservation at this hotel. Beautiful modern hotel but never again because of this. And a little advice for the management - turn off the electricity next time, guests can walk around with candles. Or close the hotel and don't even build, that would save the most CO2. By the way the staff will advise you that you can open a window (what else can they say in this hotel). So last night I had two mosquitoes in my room, it wasn't much better here because a window doesn't help you when it's 29 degrees outside during the day. And in the morning, you have a choice - either leave the windows open and you'll wake up to the hustle and bustle of the city or close them and you'll wake up to the heat. Is this what luxury accommodation in Zurich, Switzerland looks like? Okay...

I paid online before arrival. On arrival I was told I hadn’t paid and had to pay the whole room bill upfront, I believed them and paid. After checking my records the next day I confirmed we had now paid twice. I complained to reception who initially denied it then tried to blame me for paying twice! They eventually gave us a refund after delaying a few days to ‘check with their accounting team’. Check your records to make sure you don’t pay them twice. I’m lucky I checked!

The rooms are designed in a foolish way: - there is no room temperature controller and no air conditioning. Just entering in the room in summer you find it soffocating. In the night you find it even a bit chill. - the floor of the bathroom is completely flat and there is no shower box. The bathroom floods after a shower and water does not go away even after night - there is a desk area but you do not a plug to recharge your laptop. You can recharge your items only next to the bed (10 meters away) - the light switches do no always work - inside it is just raw concrete.. too much minimalistic

Stayed here Oct 2-5 2023 on the 8th floor . Room very clean and modern but no AC or windows to open. Room was very warm and no air circulation. Bathroom has no shelf space to place toiletries. Parking garage available for 25 CHF a day. Front desk service very nice and professional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
