Nice and clean. Check-in and check out can be done online, which is awesome. Several great food options. It's near the Miracle Mile shops. You can walk out of the back of the casino to see them. It's right on the strip so there are many things to see and places to go. The room was clean and had a huge tub.

My first time staying here. I really liked it for the price. The hotel rooms and casino are clean. The rooms are nice size. The bathroom was a nice size. Centrally located on the strip for walkers. Planet Hollywood is connected to a shopping area. It also has several restaurants to pick from. We tried Cafe Hollywood and Earls Sandwiches. Both were good. We had reservations at the PH Sportsbook. The shared ride pick up and drop off was at the main entrance and not 5 miles away. The Casino had all of the games and slots you would want to play. I will stay here again especially for the cost.

For this being on the strip, it was pretty disappointing. I think I would have had the same or maybe a better stay at a Holiday Inn. PROS: The room was spacious, particularly the bathroom. It was nice having a soaker tub in the room too. The water was hot. It was convenient to have a mini fridge. CONS: The pillows were SO lumpy and uncomfortable. The towels also were not soft or thick. The furniture looked pretty beat up. Every time the temperature control turned on, it was loud and woke me up. The room service was frustrating. I got in at 9pm without the energy to go anywhere and realized that the options for room service were so limited- basically a burger place located inside the hotel. For someone who hasn't traveled in awhile, it was confusing that I had to order from within the hotel restaurant and not given a menu in my room. I understand that I'm a bit outdated in this but if you have a button on the TV for room service as well as one on the phone in the room, then they should work!

Great price, and conveniently located on the strip. Just a short walk away from all the big-name casinos and hotels. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Got upgraded to room with a view, but was part of a huge window decal that kind of killed the view. Who stays in the room for the view anyway, the room only for sleeping! It's Vegas!

We were here for my daughters 21st birthday. We had quite a big group. The beds were super comfortable and the room was just really nice and quite when we came back from the strip. It was fairly reasonable in cost and the staff was very nice. There were lots of games available to play. We would stay there again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
