This place is purely amazing. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and smelled amazing. We had complimentary tea and coffee, electric cattle and sugar. The shower had a very nice soap which didn’t dry the skin and smelled amazing. The room itself also had a very pleasant clean smell to it. We had our room cleaned everyday and we could use the kitchens utensils and dishes. The owner is very kind, you can contact him on WhatsApp and he replies almost instantly. The hotel also has a pool which is nice. Absolutely recommend this place 10/10. Best stay while island hopping!

Rooms aren’t special. Pool is small. Location is okay but there are no shops whatsoever and you can’t buy anything in the hotel. The service is good and the people are very friendly.

Great service at this hotel! Everybody is very nice and welcoming! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was confortable. The hotel has a pool, which is quite rare at this pricepoint in Santorini. Breakfast is quite affordable and worth its price. Location wise, you are close to the center : about a 10min walk away (though you will walk on the road, in the sun) However, the one main drawback is the shower : it did not work very well and the water pressure was very low. This is unfortunate because it gets *very* hot in Santorini, so showers are pretty important. Overall it was a good place to stay given the price.

Me and my friend have been to Plastiras Rooms two weeks ago for the weekend and found it wonderful! The hotel is located in a very good area and few minutes walking from the centre of Photo. The room is clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We really had a good time with Gregory during the tour around the island, it is a very good service offered which I recommend absolutely. Thank you Gregory and Plastiras Rooms for the experience and for having welcomed us so warmly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
