I stayed 3 nights in early Sept 2023. Everything about the place was first-class. Very clean, very quiet, friendly staff & most spoke at least a little English - lucky for me! Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel is nice, cool design, quiet and clean. Everything was as expected, no complaints! Location was perfect for us, just a stones throw from Liberty Square and short walk to the metro. The restaurant/bar attached was also cool - didn't try the food but our juices were really nice and the food on other tables looked good. Would def stay here again

There are some pros/cons to this place If you are a smoker, it’s okay, but for non-smokers there is always a smell, that’s very unplesant. It’s very loud at nights: club nearby, restaurant under the rooms. One night okay, next day party till 3 in the morning. But location is perfect for tourists, a lot of places, shops nearby, sightseeings. In the room there is everything you might need: drinking water every day, they clean every day, money safe, bathrobes, teapot, and bathroom with toiletries. But water pressure was bad, one day there was no hot water. Breakfast is a la carte, every day the same menu (omlets, pancakes and soups, no benedict eggs as in the photo on booking website) and often they don’t have some of the portions. So I really don’t recommend taking breakfast in here, for this price you can take much better food and coffee nearby in a lot of places. Service: in the end they always did what you asked for, but with a lot of dispute before. For example in our room from the first day were ants, when they took over our bed - we came to the reception, first night they promised new room, next day they first argued, that the are no ants possible in the hotel, than after showing a video with ants they arranged everything, but you need always to argue first. So for 1-2 nights maybe okay, but not for more.

Conveniently located near Liberty Square, Galleria Mall, Metro Station, and many other amenities and attractions. Reasonable price, pleasant team, and service. room is not spacious, big window that makes room exposed from the outside so need to keep curtains closed. The safe box is not fixed to the wall!! so it can be easily lifted out of wardrobe (just to be clear, nothing was missing from the room, and it was safe).

We had lunch at the hotel's restaurant. It was remarkable! The service was excellent, everything was clean and the food was tasty. The folks at the hotel and the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
