I was very pleased with The Platinum Hotel in Muscat. It provided everything for a, 'more than comfortable' stay. The beautiful pink stone and chandeliers gives this hotel such a unique elegance that I would call it a boutique hotel. The service was exceptional - from the reception, to the restaurant, and the housekeeping. The price is affordable and well worth it. The people who worked at the front desk reception were very helpful, professional and friendly. I arranged to have an airport pickup and the driver never showed up. I took a taxi to the hotel and upon arrival the reception apologized and immediately gave me a refund. After this I was flustered, tired and hungry and Adarsh, the restaurant manager welcomed me and catered to my dietary restriction needs with a delicious light meal. If you get breakfast included in your stay it is well worth it and includes a large buffet. The roof top pool is great and has a beautiful view of that part of the city where you can watch the sunset. I was very happy with my room which was quiet, comfortable and had large windows providing a decent view towards the east. My reservations with a local tour company fell through and I was so disappointed because I had 1 day remaining to take a tour. I went to the reception and Adarsh, the rest. manager actively helped me find a new tour, last minute, for the following day, which ended up being fantastic! The hotel is in the vicinity of several grocery markets, great restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay at the Platinum hotel again and I highly recommend it.

My friends and I stayed for almost 3hours because of our busy schedule but we really loved our stay at the hotel. We even have the privilege to enjoy the pool by ourselves, big thanks to Mr. Surya. Our memories that night were truly one for the books! We will definitely come back again.

This hotel is very calm and comfortable. The room is cozy with clean and tidy furniture. The bathroom always has warm water, and the air conditioning is very cold. The staff is excellent and friendly. The swimming pool on the rooftop is good, although it can be hot during noon. In the morning and evening, it's excellent. The breakfast options are not extensive, but it's exactly what you need. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels and the level of service. They might not give a room for a family with children over 12 years, but they offer interconnected rooms at a higher price. I've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times. I highly recommend it. It's conveniently located near many famous restaurants and cafes, as well as supermarkets.

The hotel is quite good for the price . The breakfast is very good . The rooms could be managed in a better way as I found some hair strands in the bed but other than that everything was very nice . The staff is also pretty decent . They also have a parking space for the guests , The location is also kind of good .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
