Cosy and quiet high end accommodation, centrally located by th Galle Road and Bagatale Road corner within a walk to cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres etc.

I stayed in these suites for two nights with my family. It was the worst hotel experience for me in Sri Lanka. I do not know how this hotel got this high rating, whether in Booking or Google. The furniture is old and the cleanliness is bad, there is cockroaches everywhere! !! Unbelievable. After the first night, I put a sign to clean our suite, I was sure of it, when we came back we found it switched to not disturb! the room was not cleaned! I repeat that it is the worst hotel experience of my life, not only on my trip in Sri Lanka.

Have stayed here a few times. The rooms themselves are decent. The most recent stay was a let down, as the employee at the conceirge table was refusing to allow our guests up even though management had agreed to the number of people we were planning to have at the time of booking. When we questioned this and wanted him to reach out to management, or pay an additional charge to allow this, this individual pretended to call the cops on us and kept trying to get the security to confront us.

Our experiences at Platinum One Suites were amazing! First of all the staff is exceptionally kind and their hospitality is outstanding. The apartments are very clean and well cared for! We had all the amenities necessary and when we needed an ironing board it was delivered immediately to our room. The apartments are very spacious and can fit 5,6 and 4-bedroom ones even 8 people probably! Its great for big families, friend get-togethers and company trips! The gym and pool is very nice! And the sunset view... to die for! Make sure to dine at their restaurant and grab a drink! Also, the breakfast buffet is perfect! So many different foods to choose from and the chef will cater to all your needs! Really, what's not to love? Especially for the great price!

Well located, good, clean serviced apartments. The Apartments are furnished nicely and well maintained - except for Kitchen section which needs to be better organized. Room service was slow - approx timing given was always 20 mins although food always took close to 45 to arrive. The quality of food, however. was good. Kind friendly staff were always on hand eager to create a pleasant experience. Not much waiting time for the 2 lifts that catered to the building. Pool was under maintenance when I stayed; however the Residence made arrangements to use the pool at the Kingsbury Hotel. An overall pleasant stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
