Really pleasant experience and nice vibe condominium. Service is definitely good, however, maids could be avaible more often than once a week. A word as well to the recepcionist, Anastasia, she was really professional, helpful and kind. To the point that she helped me carry all my luggages upon my entry on the apartment. That's what I call an extra mile! This ranking/feedback is in great part due to her.

room was spotless, very comfortable. located at very calm neighborhood. the only minus is small bed with only 1 blanket. (have to fight with my husband over the blanket )

I have stayed here with my family for few months. The residence has private territory with playgroung. The location is great, tram and bus stops are located nearby, a shopping mall is just 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself is well furnished and has everything for a comfortable stay. Worth to mention girls on the receptions. Oksana, Anastasia, and both Annas were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Their professionalism and helpfulness really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. I stayed here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Warsaw.

Really nice apartment with the very good location. I was living in Platinum Residence Mokotow for 8 month and it was really great experience! The apartment is well furnished and it has everything for the long term stay. It gives the feeling of being at home. The residence has private territory with a playground and a kindergarten. Also there is a big playground and stadium in 12 min walk. The bus and the tram stops are just near the building which will take you to the city center and old town. There is a big mall in 5 min walk distance and there are several grocery shops right near the residence. The availability of the reception was a great advantage. All employees were nice and helpful. Special thanks to Oksana who supported us a lot whenever we asked for the help. Emil was solving all housekeeping issues during entire our stay. So I had nothing to worry about. The team is really ready to provide the service beyond the expectations. I can highly recommend this place!
