The Best Home for us. My Son and Daughter very excited, and enjoy the room. With a beautiful view city of Kuala Lumpur through the big glass window, free swimming pool at the rooftop with beautiful view, also access to do free gym, We got 2 amazing rooms, 1 single, and another queen bed, the property provide hair dryer,ironing, Washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, etc. thank you so much for giving the best room for us

It was the worst experience overall. Once you enter the reception they will direct you to an agent, where they collect the money and there's no reception nor do they give any receipt. The jet spray was broken and the shower pipe was leaking. As per the staff there is no maintenance team in the night. The air conditioners were not cooling, nor was the water heater working. Cleanliness was not UpTo the mark, nor was the suite maintained well. Not worth the money and the attitude of the staff was not good. Thankfully I had booked it only for the first night in Kuala Lumpur, so didn't end up spoiling my entire trip. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in the same accommodation.

The place was very strategic and surrounding is exclusive. The room is big and modern style. The staff is friendly. The pool on the 51 st floor has an incredibly beautiful view and well- maintained studio. Apartment inside has many mirror that make looks stylish. It clean, perfect for couple or family holiday. I'm going go there again. I like it.

Rooms is clean and location is good. However not Happy with the service and maintenance. Some lights not working and living room air conditioner under service. Reading the comments below i have to agree the elevators are under capacity and waited almost half and hour to get one every time during peak hours.

Suites and location is very good but no one will be available for room service if you need. As they offer suits you will not find anyone as a key responsible person. If something is missing or not as per expectation you can contact the room service via call or what's app only and you will receive the auto generated response. So worst experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
