Skybar is not exclusive and doesn’t have a dress code. So you keep seeing weird people who comes in, takes pictures as if they are partying here and then just leave without ordering anything. Worst thing is those people will just grab the seats with KLCC view and takes photo all day (and don’t order anything) which deprives those who actually spent money here and can’t sit in the prime spots. Saw people bringing in their kids but the minimum age is 21 years old to enter. Drinks are nice. My drinks are RM 45 each which is quite standard.

Incredible NYE party here. Open air bar but not a rooftop bar, this is a great location for drinks, cocktails and views of the Petronas Towers. We had great service and amazing food, including gluten free options for NYE.

Sky Bar is very famous in KL, Malaysia. Located on the 33rd floor of the hotel, Sky Bar is a popular rooftop bar in Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy meals and cocktails while viewing the Twin Towers from room. We can enjoyed. Thank you.

Staff is super friendly, the cocktail I had was amazing, also the Hummus with Pumpkins! Watching the sunset there is very spectacular. Great rooftop bar, good prices too and the view is ❤️

I recommend you to go on the weekends. There are pool parties. Drinks and food a little expensive but it’s worth the view. I also recommend for you to make a reservation for having a great spot. Great view to Petrona towers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
