Stayed here with my family recently and loved this hotel, it far exceeded expectations. Great location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding breakfast! However, the service was by far the best part of the hotel. My six year old son got sick during our stay and they arranged for us to visit a doctor nearby, this was such a huge help and they made it easy for us. Will definitely come back when I visit Munich next and would wholeheartedly recommend this excellent hotel.

What a great hotel!! We came for the Christmas Markets and loved that the Platzl is just a stone’s throw away from the main Marienplatz Market. The rooms were also relatively quiet in terms of outside noise, which was a pleasant surprise. They also left a brownie and voucher for two free glasses of champagne in our room for my birthday! Great experience, we would absolutely stay here again in Munich.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff around the property always had a smile and were asking how they could make my stay better. Great dining was only a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again when in Munich.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful. And the breakfast spread is amazing. Rooms are bit small; I'm not sure how a couple or family would fair. Also note that part of the hotel faces Hofbräuhaus and Hard Rock Cafe so trying to turn in early for the night can prove challenging with the extra noise.

Good Hotel is in good location. The breakfast is great, wide range of different kind of foods for everyone. This is absolutely must to have! Rooms are quite large and our room was quiet. Housekeeping comes in the afternoon, which was bit strange. Maybe it is A large Hotel and lot to do for House keeping. Staff was really friendly and efficient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
