We took a day pass once - included the sun beds, credit towards food and drinks, wifi and access to the pool and toilets (weren’t the cleanest and a bit run down). Overall, we liked the facilities, beach was clean, friendly service from Alejandra, prices on par to what you’d expect, and we enjoyed the light music throughout the day as we weren’t after loud beach clubs.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the location is perfect -- just in front of the beach and very close to the 5th avenue. There were no wifi for our entire stay at the hotel room, we communicated with the hotel manager and he gave some diplomatic answer without resolving them. The other guests also had the same issue. The breakfast service also seems to be understaffed and one/two people serving a lot of guests, hence much delay in taking orders and serving the breakfast. They also provided only one towel on the first day and then provided more towels in the last day. Google shows it' a four star hotel but their service was below a 2 star hotel in USA.

This place is infested with cockroaches. Tried to cancel our reservation but they wouldn't refund. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Found bugs in our bed. Not an enjoyable experience. Buyer beware at this hotel.

Great location and very helpful and accommodating staff. The facilities could use an update but are certainly adequate. Probably not for someone looking for luxury accommodations but for my money a great place to stay. Especially if you enjoy a casual “beachie” feel as I do. There are fewer places you can find that these days (anywhere) and I enjoyed it throughly. Easy access to a beautiful part of the beach, good breakfast and well located to explore Playa Del Carmen. There is no direct access from the street and you will need to walk about 20 feet from the public beach entrance but not a big deal at all. It’s worth saying again that the staff is a big plus here. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The manager, Pablo, even arranged a boxed lunch to take on our departure as we were leaving early in the morning. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else in PDC and I plan on returning.

room isn’t cleaned properly i got in and there was towel unfolded washroom looked dirty. I payed for a view i got the lowest room ever. These people are scammers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
