Liked · Just location, it is close to the night market and clubs. Disliked · Literally, there is no beach, it is called a beach hotel. It is not possible to swim, there are a lot of boats. It was so small sand area and covered bag of sands. It is not possible to walk. The staff was not friendly and helpful. There was a huge cockroach in the room. Our room was called Garden View but the windows faced to road and other buildings.

Overall I would say that this hotel was ok. I was just a little disappointed with my room because when i booked it , it showed that i had an upstairs where you can also sleep at, but when i got there it was no upstairs. I asked the manager about this and he stated that if you get the room with the partial ocean view, then it doesn't come with the upstairs. I feel that they should have stated this in there advertisement to make this known. So fyi if you are booking a room that's a studio partial ocea view, then it will not come with an upstairs. Now depending on what you like will determine if you book here or not. If you want a quiet , laid back where there is no partying or action going on, then this is the spot for you. If you want the party life style where there is action at the hotel where you have a bar, music, restaurants, and live entertainment, then this is forsure not the hotel for you. I had to literally what on the beach to get some music , food and entertainment and chill on the ocean. I love the outside set up especially how you have the hammock on your balcony and the furniture that's also on the balcony. My room was just ok, but looks like they have some beautiful rooms according to there pictures. Now the big question is if I would ever stay here again. Naw , I wouldn't for two reaaons. First , I would stay in Cancun next time and second, since I prefer to stay at a hotel that has action, music and bars so that I can chill at the ocean while drinking and listening to music this would not be the hotel for me.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to Playa Del Carmen! The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was the perfect size, clean, and had kitchen appliances, everything you’d need for your stay. My FAVORITE part of the room was the hammock overlooking the balcony to the ocean view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all of the activities, restaurants, etc. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen.. thank you for the great stay!

Having prepared my trip in a day and stumbled upon this hotel last minute, I can confidently say that it was one of my greatest discoveries in Playa del Carmen. From the moment I arrived, my experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind throughout my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - it's situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen and only a few steps away from Quinta Avenida, which made exploring the area a breeze. What I loved most about the hotel was its cleanliness, nature-filled surroundings, and relaxing ambiance. I had come to unwind and relax, and the hotel certainly delivered on that front. The pool was amazing, and it was always impeccably clean. While the beach in front of the hotel was not accessible due to boats, I found that the beach right next door and the public beach within walking distance were great alternatives. Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Playa del Carmen. If you're looking for a well-located, clean, and relaxing hotel, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

The first day we got to the hotel we found out there is no internet in the room. They said it’s because of the rain the internet is not working and it will be fixed in no time. After a few hours we complained again, they said they were trying to fix it but they didn’t. We went away the next day and when we came back in the evening and there was not internet again. When we went to the reception to tell them the lady there was really angry and not nice, she tried to say it a problem with our phones (two different phones, an iPad and a laptop) and that the technician came that day and he didn’t have the tools to repair the problem so he’ll come back tomorrow. We were there for 5 days without internet except in the lobby, they didn’t even tried to fix it the whole time. The second incident was when we booked the animals park tour. They said it’s gonna cost 228$ per person including lunch, when we got there it was 238$ and we didn’t get lunch at all. They didn’t tell us what we should bring there (mosquitoes repellent for example) and everything is really expensive over there if you forget something. After we send a message to the concierge he ignored the texts and didn’t replay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
