.Warning . 4 months ago I made a booking room via booking.com with free cancellation. 2 months ago I had to cancel my booking and was surprised to find that the property unlawfully charged 50% of the amount from my credit card. The facility did not reply to my e-mails asking when the amount would be returned. I have been waiting for the return for the second month. The obligations towards me were taken over by booking.com because the facility did not even respond to their e-mails, hence my warning for others to consider whether it is worth using their offer.There is a risk of your funds and credit card details being stolen

The room was small but there was everything you need. Very clean and new forniture. Excellent location! Close to the metro (universitat). There is a nice coffee shop at the ground floor, if you want to have breakfast.

Pros: > Good location > Nice spacious modern room > Fresh towels and bed made daily > Easy walk to las ramblas (circa 10 minutes) > Good selection of restaurants nearby Cons: > No fridge in the room > Security (see below) > View from balcony > Bed is a little uncomfortable Overall, this hotel is good value for money. We booked a double/twin room for 4 days and found the room very modern and spacious. The bathroom was good and the room was cleaned daily (with fresh towels and a made bed). The walk to las ramblas is about 10 minutes and there is a good selection of restaurants on the walk there. However, the room had no fridge which I would expect for a hotel of this price point given the other ameneties in the room. Furthermore, the mattress was a rather uncomfortable spring mattress. The view from our balcony was not the best with a view into a car park. However we didn't expect to have a balcony so that wasn't really an issue. Security at the hotel was a bit of an issue. The building has 3 doors to get to the door of your room. During the day 2 of these doors were open for what appeared to be some sort of bicycle storage. With signs saying "please keep the door shut", it was confusing as to why these were open. Furthermore, the door into the hotel itself was regularly left open due to a lack of automatic shutting. This meant that during the day, anyone could walk on from the street up to the door of our room. At night the first 2 doors were shut but the hotel was still open to building occupiers. The balcony lock was also very basic and could be forced open with enough force. To be fair to the hotel, they do provide a safe although this is only secured to the cabinet by sticky tape. Overall, a good hotel which could have a few tweaks to be a great hotel.

Hostel is a great day for individual Travelers and groups. While the location may not be the easiest to find due to no external signage follow the directions in the address and you'll find reception on one floor up. Lobby is well-maintained with plenty of tourist informations and Flyers. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Bathrooms are impeccable with all new fixtures. Hostel is centrally located in Barcelona City Center with an easy walk to all major tourist attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Laundry services in haircut services within one block.

Our three person room served more as a Hotel than a Hostal. We had a private bathroom and our room was cleaned daily. I enjoyed the balcony that over looked the street. The staff was very friendly, however, an article of clothing of mine had disappeared from the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
