I stayed here this past week while visiting Friedrichshafen and really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly hotel staff. Great location. Easy walk to train station and into the center of town. Big rooms, very clean. I had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel.

This place is one of the best that I have stayed in for a very long time. The hotel is located in a great place to access the whole town and for the lake. The room that we were allocated was very big and luxurious, much better than expected. It had everything that was needed including a fridge and USB charging points. Breakfast was the best so far on this trip around southern Europe for a few weeks. The hotel also has lockable individual garages for guest use. I have kept the best till last, the staff are wonderful. They are a young team and seem to speak all languages. They all seem to have happy outgoing personality's and make the guests feel at home. I wanted to stay for longer but they were fully booked. I will return.

First time without reservation made, just walk-in and they have a great service, friendly and helpful staffs. Love the old style dining room. Just a walking distance from the lake, main bus/train station. You'll find everything you need around it, it's in a great location. Definitely will be back once in Friedrichshafen.

The room is large and comfortable. It was clean and nice smelled. The bathroom is large clean. There is an elevator. The restaurant is cool and offers a nice breakfast buffet. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The reception and lobby are great. The staff was nice and welcoming. The location is wonderful directly on the other side of the street near the lake. What went bad! The street is closed for maintenance work. It's hard to reach even with Google maps! Called the hotel reception and got difficulty guidance. There were no free parking slots, and I was told to park in front of the hotel door. I got a 25€ fine from the city when I woke up. Not only me, but almost all the cras were there. So it would be nice to describe the way to the hotel and where to find a parking place. I would book there again in case I needed to visit the area.

This is absolutely a very good hotel. It is old but renovated. Elevator is also helpful. Restaurant serves traditional foods in a good quality. From here you can reach everything by foot. Nice service. Very clean hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
