        This is the worst hotel anybody can ever stay at when I got there. I got there late around 9 o'clock at night. I go to take a shower and there is absolutely no hot water as the tub fills up because the tub is clogged. I pick up the phone to call the front desk. The phone is not working. I go to use the t. V. The TV is not working. The air conditioner is blowing away. I couldn't lower the temperature higher the temperature. All I could do was unplug it from the wall. I go downstairs to the front desk. To explain all the findings I have and their answer to me was sorry. It's too late. We can't switch your room at this time. That they will give me a 10% discount. Are you freaking kidding me? It was my husband's birthday weekend. And we were so disgusted with this hotel. When we walk in the room, the door painting is chipping everywhere. The rail where the towel hangs is busted. Nothing was working at all. To have to pay full price for this hotel was disgusting.

        Extremely ghetto environments, the hotel has a lot of potential. The employees are very ratchet. Majority of the time for my stay. All they did was sit up talk about each other and the guest especially the manager. He’s the main one. He is very disgusting. He sets the example and everyone else follows instead of putting his workers to work repainting the property doing things around the property to make it better. They spend their time engaging in drama the place is pure filth, and so is the man managing it. The security guard does nothing but harassed the residence. All of the employees put more effort into drama than they do into work, especially the ones that have their whole family living there, including grandkids just ran down.

        The level of professionalism at this location really speaks to their rating for a Hotel. I called in to update my reservation and was placed on hold, which is reasonable you would think, then the call was disconnected. In good faith I assumed perhaps it was an error or maybe even an accident as human error is normal. But then when I attempted to call back, I was clicked on twice, and completely ignored for the 13 calls that followed there after to which the front desk never answered. Not sure if it has to do with under paid employees performing at underpaid levels of service or this is the standard expectation for a hotel of this rating. Either way, canceled, refunded, and took my service else where. Congratulate the employee that worked on Friday 01/26

        Horrible. We asked for a two bedroom and they told us we had it, when we came upstairs there’s was only 1 bed. 4 people, one room, no closet, 1 bed. Tv was broken, the smell was horrible. Parking lot smelled completely like pee. Numerous dirty areas, including, bed, toilet, table, draw, desk, floor. No working AC or microwave. Only 1 microwave available in the ENTIRE building. Meaning EVERYONE was sharing it. Not all outlets works in the room, wifi spotty. The desk was sticky, the carpets didn’t fully cover the room. The floors had brown spots. I’m honestly surprised this place is still open to the public. My family checked out early cause it’s honestly better sleeping in the airport than This place. I have literally been to better hostels than this place. Don’t be deceived by the piano in the front. Once you pass the front desk, spidey senses will alert. The building and facilities are falling apart. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here that we decided you terminate early. I feel a layer of nasty air against my skin being here. Do not recommend at all.

        My friend and her mother are homeless They have been staying at the hotel for almost 3 months while we figure out a way to get them to Pennsylvania. They usually stay for 28 days then check out and book again no problem, because they have been there so long they never asked for their $200 deposit back so now that fee is waived for when they book their rooms. Well today I booked a room online for my friend and everything was fine. Up until she goes to check in to which the manager Jay decided it was a smart idea to talk to another co-worker about how my friend and her mother has been there to long, saying that they need to go because they been there for too long. We assumed that he had attitude because my friend did not have to pay the $200 deposit as he started to say those things after that. Other than this incident my friend said it’s an ok hotel to stay at she has never really had issues.
