Excellent really very relaxing reliving staying , the location was good very near to the winterthur train station just 7 minutes by walking,and all the facilities were great i just have one note about the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. so i really recommend it to all 🌸

Very nice looking room and all, but it was quite chilly even after turning the radiator to fullest setting - not to mention the ice coldness of the bathroom floor. Twin bed was adequately soft and the cover was wide enough for one. Breakfast at the top floor was pretty ok even though the bacon ran out. The restaurant on street level was under renovations, so couldn't eat there. Complimentary water bottle was a nice surprise.

Yesterday night the keycard was not working so I had to wait outside in the cold to get help. In the morning the drills of construction started at 8:30. I needed to get some extra sleep and I did not get it

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
