Location is great, 10 minutes to Eiffel tower, check. Safe location, check. Clean and tidy, check (not to mention, smells great). But here is where this hotel shines: the soft product. They go above and beyond and make you feel so comfortable. I have status at a few other major hotel chains, let me tell you, this just set the bar of what service looks like. Paris is hit and miss in terms of service, but having the day start off and end in this hotel elevated my whole trip to Paris. Bravo to the whole team at Plaza Tour Eiffel! Thank you for your great service, keep it up! I hope to be back soon.

Stayed at the Plaza Tour Eiffel for two nights and it was amazing! The customer service is excellent there’s nothing too much for them to assist you with! Breakfast was really good too great choices to choose from. Breakfast is from 7am-11am also check out is 11am but if you need a late checkout they will let you check out at 1pm at no extra cost! The hotel is in a great location as I was able to walk to the Eiffel Tour in 18mins it’s really excellent!

We received great service, and the hotel is in a good location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The room was in good condition and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We could see a part of the Eiffel tower from our room.

Had an amazing time at Plaza Tour de Eiffel. The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were beautiful (and air conditioned!), and close to the metro. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view, which was so incredibly kind and loved. I would be happy to return and stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this is more a 3 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated including bathrooms that are old. Rooms are also tiny in space (we had one check-in and 2 carry on bags. Location is close to the Eiffel and metro to get around. Staff are friendly but Annabel the manager could use some improvement in customer service. WiFi is incredibly slow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
