Worst place EVER! No one should ever stay here! They lie! We were supposed to stay here but the rooms were not anything we expected. Then after waiting for the owner to arrive for 15 minutes, he showed up, rushed us through, and then we asked him to wait as we were not happy about the cleanliness, he stopped. The room smelled like bleach. Th other rooms were musty. I asked him him to change my shower curtain cause it has mold on the bottom. He then obliged. Wow! Thank you! There was broken outside furniture and people renting a unit year round, with children. We were so disgusted we left the keys and a note. I had left my jacket, my favorite expensive jacket, in the room by accident and was told after that it wasn’t there! Soooo not true!!! This owner is a liar!!! We then had to go to a different place, spend alot of money, and they wouldn’t return ours. Never would recommend this area!!! It’s not anything like you would think! It’s disgusting! Highly not recommend!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Dirty filthy rooms. Awful management not helpful and unwilling to fix the problem. No office and no one there no heat nit even close to the beach don't be deceived by the pictures it looks nothing like the place. Showers all have curtains with a lot of mildew not glass enclosures like the pictures show. We didn't stay and the management refused to return our money. Rip off artists. Your response illustrates how incredibly disgusting you management is. You should be ashamed to run a pig pen like that. Deceiving photos and lies.

I would honestly give them 0 star if I could. We called and emailed over the course of 1 week to let them know we were arriving later than originally expected. No one contacted us back and when we arrived the owners were asleep and the lady was angry that we showed up so late. I mentioned that I had called and emailed but she did not care. She took us to the room which had a disgusting smell between cigarette smoking and mold. There was zero toilet paper and no hand soap in the bathroom. I texted the owners and nothing, I walked up to the main building and asked one of the other guests for toilet paper. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The beach is on the other side, you cannot see it from the property. We were there for 2 days and NEVER saw the owners.

My boyfriend and I spent an afternoon here after a walk from Perissa. We were greeted by a lovely chap who wasn't at all pushy (unlike some of the chaps along the beach front restaurants). We asked to sit on the beach and were personally escorted to our sun-beds. The beds were free and there was a WIFI which required you to 'log in'. We didn't use this as you have to enter email addresses but it is available for those who want it. We were immediately served cocktails (10-12euros each) and beers, and decided after a few hours to have some food. I had a sandwich and my boyfriend a burger - the food was GREAT! We spent about 50euros on the beach that day but it was worth it! Thank you Pleasure team - great service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
