Its reasonable price offers a cozy stay at a convenient location. The closest metro exit with the elevator is C6, the opposite to exit 8. A perfect fit for a short stay but not a long one as there are inadequate spacing inside the room and the facilities are old. Don’t miss the extension cord of electricity and Wifi password inside the room. The capacity of the fridge is limited and able to store one 600 ml bottles drink plus some desserts only. The front desk staff can improve their attitude and please don’t say the stairs at the hotel’s entrance is not a big deal to the traveller. Not everyone can take their heavy luggage easily. The rude attitude lowers its ranking.

We felt like the room is a little bit small, which seems like common in Japan after traveling around the country, and especially in the downtown like Shinjuku, I guess. Other than that, the location is excellent and the staff is very thoughtful.

This hotel rents by the hour. Thin walls. Not suitable for family. The sounds that my daughter heard was traumatic. Nothing on the outside prepared us for it. Reception was excellent, Professional and welcoming.

Great location - within a minute of the Shinjuku-Sanchome Station entrance. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are typical Japanese size.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
