Get value for the price, friendly enough check in staff, super location convenient to the subway, several great restaurants, plays, the fashion district, and much more. Just a bed and bathroom but all you need if you're out enjoying NYC. They do not clean daily unless you request in advance. Bar area for drinks but sadly no food. Recommend a room higher up to avoid traffic noise. Later check out and bag check availability.

Happy that my room got cleaned every day. Bar was nice, but drink a bit too expensive for my liking. Would also be nice if the reception staff actually explained to you uprfront what the fees are, rather just ask for your debit card, slot it in the machine and say nothing. I understand the whole facility fee garbage that hotels now enforce. However, be upfront with your customers, rather than trying to sneakily take charges without an explanation. I think other hotel geusts would appreciate this too.

An awesome spot to stay in New York City, however note that rooms are quite minimal although clean. We requested a mini fridge and a tea kettle and the hotel was able to provide those. The shower was clogged but they were able to resolve that as well. Overall recommend as a budget friendly option for New York.

Hotel is very well located, near Times Square, Jarvis Centre, and many restaurants. It’s clean and good for a quick visit to New York, rooms are quite small for two people so with two luggage and two people you hardly fit in the room, but for a solo traveller it would be okay. if you stay here, make sure to ask for a room at least from the 20th floor upwards, so you don’t get all the street noise, you will hardly sleep .

When we arrived the bed sheets were dirty. They sent directly new ones to the room, but we had to put them on by ourselves. At least they said sorry. If you want your room cleaned you need to put your name and room on a list the dat before. Once we did that, our room was not cleaned. When I went to the reception they just offered to send new towels. Not even a sorry. When I asked to be put on the list for the next day, they said it was already too late. Great service.. You have to pay fees for everything in this hotel but the service sucks.. The rooms are really small, but it is enough to just sleep there. The only good thing is the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
